My law practice has specialized in family law, bankruptcy, and personal injury since I began practicing in 1993. I have been a sole practitioner in Lincoln, Nebraska for over 27 years. My family law practice has included complex and significant asset disputes along with contentious custody matters. I also engage in appellate representation of clients whose cases have helped change and further define Nebraska law. In late 2020, I completed the basic mediation training and the family law training.
